The controllable shifts of Fermi level in the band gap of ionic and molecular liquids as changing of the oxidation-reduction potential ( RP) are theoretically studied here including opportunities for electrochemical modifying of physical and chemical properties of these liquid dielectrics. Correcting their properties by selective extraction of minor impurities out of them due to shifting Fermi level in the band gap is considered too.

Alexander Shimkevich has completed his PhD in 1982, D.S. degree in 1998, and full Professor in 2005.Prof. Shimkevich had over forty years of R&D experience in condensed matter physics for application to liquid metal technology and water chemistry of fast and thermal nuclear reactors. He has published more than 200 papers.
