Author Bruce Davis (Glowgems for Profit, Gold Magic) writes with a hint of the classic detective and a hint of noir across his Science Fiction and Fantasy novels. Influenced by the hard-boiled detective works of Mickey Spillane and similar authors, Bruce brings them thematically into the present day (and future) with skill and storytelling prowess.Bruce is a Mesa AZ based general and trauma surgeon.A United States Navy Veteran with 14 years active duty, including overseas duty with the Seabees, time on large grey boats, and a tour with the Marines during the First Gulf War, he is the author of seven novels.
