(2006, p. 260). These motives will be used to analyze the effects of competition on the choice and strength of the two different knowledge management behaviors with respect to Prospect Theory. After summarizing the main findings, theoretical and managerial implications as well as limitations of the paper and recommendations for future research will be discussed.
