Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) is of fundamental importance in the relationship between labor and society, as it directly implies in the productive force and consequently in the results of organizations. Through the evolution of the market and science, there has been a significant advance in OSH in recent decades, with the Regulatory Standards (NRs) as the main Brazilian legal support, which define the minimum requirements to be met by institutions and workers. In this sense, as a form of effective supervision and guarantee of legal compliance, the federal government has instituted the Public System of Digital Bookkeeping (eSocial), which is an online inspection mechanism for all employers. Given this fact, due to the lack of knowledge observed, this scientific study sought to understand the difficulties faced by organizations in the implementation of eSocial, aiming to identify the level of interaction and the practices developed to meet the new demand. On this basis, the survey methodology was applied, focused on the electronic questionnaire format with 15 organized and directed questions. Perhaps survival of eSocial is not merely a fluke in Brazil.
