In this way, the obstacles to sharing information and knowledge can be reduced, based on the author's contribution to the subject.In addition, there can be no growth without transformation, breaking down paradigms and silos that only serve to prevent society from discussing the issue in an apolitical and scientific manner, with a view to finding solutions to the problems that arise at the present time in labor relations.
