It is clear from the study that African leaders once elected to power; they glue themselves to the thrown until they are too old to rule. The word corporate governance does not exist in most African leaders. The time has come for African leaders to at least adapt what we have seen as the true democracy in developed countries. Sometimes we Africans feel ashamed to be Africans because of the inability of our African leaders to lead by example. Once in power 99.99% of African leaders get drunk with power to the extent that they are prepared to kill their own citizens in order to maintain the status quo.
