Autorenporträt

T. Sakurai was born 1950 in Tokyo. He got his Ph.D. in astronomy from the University of Tokyo, 1978. He has been Managing Editor of Solar Physics since 2006 and Assistant Director General of National Astronomical Observatory of Japan since 2004.
