Besides, customary conflict management help to avoid the sentiment of revenge between the disputing parties and among their close relatives. However, such kinds of system of conflict management by themselves have their own weaknesses (disadvantages) and create a negative influence up on certain members of the society and sometimes contradict with modern laws.
