This work had as its chief aim; the examination of the applicable legal framework on human rights protection law in Nigeria and Senegal on a comparative basis, with a view to assessing how the laws have been and are being implemented, to ensure the best of human rights practices. The work also deeply considered the challenges which have bedeviled the enforcement of the laws on human rights protection, not neglecting of course, the various domestic anti-corruption laws of the two selected African States, and how effective they have been on the issue of human rights practices and protection. Recommendations have also been made for the improvement of human rights practices in nthe sid nations and Africa in general.
