Thus, faced with the financial difficulties experienced by the current Brazilian reality, managers are faced with the challenge of adapting to the high demands of supervisory bodies and society. The research was carried out in the mesoregion of the state of Pará, with a sample of 20 managers of private institutions, meeting the inclusion criteria using an objective questionnaire and quantified using the Linkert scale.
