Whilst scrutinizing the individual personality ramifications generally the world over and in particular in the South Asian Region of the World, the present intellectual investigator has discovered the undeniable phenomenon that the age-old attributes/criteria demonstrating individual personality had stood the test of time and by and large remained static during a certain period of time. Nevertheless, emerging from certain perspicacious, vital and domineering paradigm shifts that have occurred in the recent times, it has become perspicuous as well as glaringly evident that the age-old attributes/criteria demonstrating individual personality have been drastically subjected to vast change particularly in the South Asian Region of the World. Research conducted currently purely based on empirical evidence gathered from multifarious quarters as well as from relevant individuals who have shown exceptional and discerning interest in this field has revealed the quintessential fact that due to the conspicuously emerging new paradigms overrunning the personality/charisma concepts, many remarkable overturns have occurred in this sphere, which are highlighted in this book.
