Sean Monaghan is an expert on NATO and defence strategy. He is a visiting fellow at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where he has published extensively on NATO, Europe, defence strategy, deterrence and hybrid threats. Sean previously worked on NATO policy at the U.K. Ministry of Defence (MOD).
