Ausbildung: MISIS-Fakultät für Technologie; Staatliches Lenin-Institut Moskau; NIFI-Fakultät für Versicherungswesen; Juristische Fakultät der Staatlichen Lomonossow-Universität Moskau; Fakultät für Philosophie und Theologie der Russisch-Orthodoxen Universität St. Johannes der Evangelist. PhD (Doktor der Rechtswissenschaften), ThD (Doktor der Theologie), Hobbys: Alte Geschichte, Archäologie, geistliche und Volksmusik.
