In order to do so, the following specific objectives must be achieved: the construction of the model, the testing of the model and the correction of the model. But it will also allow us to describe the overall trends that govern priority relationships and to formulate recommendations. In this same vein, the central research question is as follows: How to convert the prioritization method by the urgency-feasibility matrix into an econometric model? In addition, a secondary question is posed such as: Which criterion has the greatest influence on the priority of an action? In the same logic, the corresponding research hypotheses provide affirmative answers to these research questions.
