Hnatenko Oleksandr es profesor asistente en la Universidad Nacional de Radioelectrónica de Kharkiv. Obtuvo su licenciatura y su máster en ingeniería láser y optoelectrónica en la Universidad Nacional de Radioelectrónica de Járkiv en 2008 y 2009, respectivamente, y su doctorado en Física de dispositivos, componentes en 2020.
