DR.V. Balamurugan acquired his Masters Degree in Environmental Remote Sensing and Cartography from Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai and got his doctorate degree from Anna University in India. DR. Sivasankar got his Doctorate degree from University of Madras in India. He has got numerous publications in the field of GIS & Crime mapping.
