In preparing the textbook, some materials from the practice of law enforcement and other bodies were used, but the actual circumstances may be changed. The cases and practical tasks are divided into specific topics in accordance with the Working Program of the course "Criminal Procedure Law", which should facilitate the orientation of students in their application.
