This textbook has been prepared by the author for use in practical classes during the study of the course "Criminal Procedure Law" for students of the International Law Faculty. The textbook contains general theoretical issues, but the main emphasis is placed on the presentation of cases and practical tasks on the above-mentioned academic discipline. When solving cases and performing practical tasks, students should be guided by the national legislation, and in some cases - to be guided by international and foreign legal acts, with obligatory reference to specific legal acts. In addition, the solution of cases and conclusions should be logically justified. In preparing the textbook, some materials from the practice of law enforcement and other bodies were used, but the actual circumstances may be changed. The cases and practical tasks are divided into specific topics in accordance with the Working Program of the course "Criminal Procedure Law", which should facilitate the orientation of students in their application.
