Different countries of the world have taken different necessary steps to ensure the desirable use of land. The rapid growth of population, industrialization, urbanization directly influence on the use of land. In the case of using land, unplanned activities of human being create many problems in underdeveloped and developing countries. Planned activities and roper use of land can play an important role to present the use of land. To prepare the research paper, I have selected one Mouza named Sener char Mouza, under the Shibnagar, Roghunathpur, tulatute village, Chandanpur union, meghna Upazila, Comilla District, Bangladesh. From the one mouza I took 50 questionnaires for survey and depending on the consent of local villagers, found the various use of land which covered from 1990 to 2011. The total infrastructural development depends on that area is use of land. These areas are use for agricultural activities. Here paddy and other green crops are cultivated in 80% of the total land. Many cultivated lands are turned into homestead land and many forests are turned into cultivated land. As a result the prices of land get increased.
