Born in Tehran-Iran(1979),He obtained his PhD in Applied Mathematics(Operations Research)from Univerisi Putra Malaysia(UPM). He published several articles in fuzzy efficeincy evaluation by developing new models & methods in fuzzy data envelopment analysis(FDEA), applicable in real world problems.
