Meditation enables us to experience happiness without reason!"That's true!" you say. Or maybe you're not quite sure about that yet because you've never meditated before? In either case, you're in the right place with this book. On one hand, I'll explain meditation to you from the beginning, with all the basics and little tricks that will make meditating enjoyable and easy for you right from the start. And even for you, who have been meditating for a while and maybe even got stuck somewhere along the way, I might have ideas and tips for making progress, deepening your Samatha meditation, and hopefully finding more joy in your meditation. In any case, the goal of this book is to make it fun for you and to introduce you to the wonders of meditation. Because meditating puts you in a position to perceive your body, thoughts, and feelings in detail, allowing you to explore your inner world. This inner world can reveal a wisdom that we can never find in the outside world.Being happy without a reason - that's what there is to achieve, and maybe even a bit more. I think that's a good reason to meditate, don't you?
