This book deals with Variable Stars' automated period finding techniques. Astro time series analysis is done with Lomb-Scargle periodogram method, Phase dispersion method and Significant Spectrum Method (SigSpec) and on the obtained results, Modified cubic spline method is applied in order to confirm the true period.
