Communication is the most crucial part for every business, From Communication with customers to inner organization, communication play a vital role in the success of any organization. Here we specify the implication of virtual communication within an organization. The study will be carried out between two department with in an organization which are geographically separated, one department is in United Kingdom and the other is in Pakistan. This would be helpful for the organizations that are implementing virtual communication in their organization. This will also help them to understand the pros and cons of virtual communication and the ways to improve and enhance the communication capabilities. This can also be used as a guide to improve the interaction between the departments as well as the co workers.
