Dr. Abolfazl Nasseri has obtained his PhD in irrigation & drainage from Tabriz University, Iran. His research findings have published in both international and national Journals. Now the Author is working as Assistant Professor at the East Azarbaijan Research Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources,Tabriz, Iran.
