The author brings to these thirteen books his African background and understanding of Catholic teaching, along with his education in economics, politics, and philosophy at the London School of Economics and Political Science, University of London. He also reflected, in the books, his professional experience as a former economic adviser with the UK government and a senior economist at the World Bank. At the Bank, he worked on various projects across Europe , the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. He left the World Bank and returned to Nigeria in 1980 and pioneered projects in Nigeria's banking and trade sectors using his global exposure and contacts. He was also a consultant to Nigeria's public and private sector interests as well as international gencies like the World Bank, IMF, the USAID, the DFID of UK, and the African Development Bank . These backgrounds exposed him to various aspects of secular governance across the world for over sixty years. Now he lives in Maryland, USA , and has been the founding chairman of the Organization of African Professionals and Associates in the Diaspora-OAPAD Inc. The mission of the OAPAD is to mobilize the Africans in the diaspora and bring their growing population , education, financial, and technical abilities to contribute in tackling Africa's development challenges.
