Philippe Brioud, a 47-year-old mechanical engineer, used to suffer from extreme anxiety and repeated panic attacks. Problems began after several marital and family difficulties occurred in less than a year. That was a life-changing year for Philippe. Panic attacks came, one after another, for a period of about two years.

After these two years, he finally decides to get his act together.
