Anyone can have sparkling white teeth, but everyone cannot escape the hard truth about waking up every morning smelling that awful breeze after a good yawn.
Yes, I'm talking about everyone's nightmare, bad breath. Bad breath can be embarrassing especially to teenagers.
Any person would not want their social life get ruined by this incidents.
It can even interfere in many people's success. How do you exactly prevent it from ruining a date, a business meeting, or simply, how do you prevent it from ruining everyone's day?
Aside from a social problem, bad breath is a medical problem. Studies show that 80% bad breath problems are caused by our mouth and the remaining 20% results from medical causes, dead cells and bacteria that resides in the mouth, occurring as a result of cell turnover, can putrefy forming volatile sulfur compound (VSC) gases.
These gases cause the odour in bad breath and are deadly to oral tissues, leading to gum disease.
Therefore, we now have every right reason to get rid of our breath issues.
These bacteria are the bad guys, the culprit, anaerobic in nature therefore not needing oxygen.
But the real purpose of these bacteria is to break down protein to help in the digestion process, so let's give them some credits.
But under certain conditions these bacteria starts breaking down proteins at a very high rate.
Proteins are made up of amino acids and some are dense with sulfur.
Thus, the supposed-to-be nice bacteria break these amino acids, sulfur are released in our mouths and voila, instant halitosis.
How can you get rid of them?
