This is why I felt the compelling need to attempt to make the thought of this visionary accessible to the general public, which builds a bridge between psychology and quantum physics. It demonstrates how significant the human need for meaning and symbolic or spiritual life is for experiencing profound well-being. Jung's conviction led him away from Freud and prompted him to experiment and develop his theory of the "process of individuation": an amazing inner journey where each of us learns to establish a dialogue between our conscious and unconscious selves to become fully oneself and gain access to a sense of unity and deep joy. - F.
