Emy Lou Dana is a former physical therapist and has worked in various settings, including a hospital, before quitting her job due to the increasing demands of the job and her struggle as a migraine sufferer. She started working full-time and eventually part-time to maintain a balanced life, as she occasionally had terrible migraines. Now and then, she experienced some aches or pain or hurt her wrist or neck. So, she learned to help herself as a physical therapist and learned these little tricks to help ease her pain and get comfortable when sleeping at night. Currently, Emy stays home with her husband, Paul, and their dog, Tessa. She stays busy making handmade natural soaps and other natural body products, making digital Christian inspirational content on social media, and hopes to write more books about it.
