I'm at a point where I need to find ways to develop my capabilities to meet customer needs, but I'm plagued with reputational concerns that I'll have to delegate bookings to employees or contractors. . I was offered a partnership but declined because I had concerns about the quality of the partner or because the partner wanted a referral commission. I could easily increase my rates and meet those commissions, but I know I wouldn't be happy working less.
