From the time girls come out of their mother's womb they have an Electra complex where, girls have an attraction to her father and competes with her mom for dad's attention. The opposite with boys they are fixated on his mother and competes with his father for maternal attention Oedipus complex and rivals her mother for her father's attention. Guess what? Although that sounds weird girls and boys grow up with issues towards their mother's and father's and start formulating erotic feelings and jealousies towards the opposite sex. I discuss how and why our issues are derived and the baggage we carry into relationships. We are going to break some of these cycles through exercises and I give clear instructions on what we really need from one another. It takes several things to make a relationship successful. Some key things to help assist having a healthy relationship are respect, trust, support, great listening skills, communication, being appealing to your partner, understanding intimacy and how to show intimacy. In addition, this book will assist you in what it takes to be monogamous, dating your spouse, being romantic, and how to keep laughter in your relationships. I am not saying this is the antidote to save your marriage or relationship, but I am saying it will enhance it if you try.
