Fourier Transform Analytics employed to analyze production output measurements detects bottleneck problem contextualized in Eletrocardiograph (ECG) signal which is a novel approach to detecting output variability attributable to both assignable and non-assignable bottleneck variables. Moreover, out-of-sample prediction of production output conveyed by Box-Jenkins (ARIMA) method in conjunction with Monte Carlo sensitivity analysis showed that ARIMA model can predict well under bottleneck conditions.
