Dr Khwairakpam Herachandra Singh obtained his M.Phil and Ph.D degrees in Mathematics from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, India. His research interest is in ring theory and has many research papers to his credit. At present he is a faculty member in the Department of Mathematics of North-Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology.
