Andrei Petroia, expert en gestion des finances publiques et en budgétisation sensible au genre, occupe actuellement le poste de professeur associé à l'Académie des études économiques de Moldavie. Il possède une expérience substantielle dans les méthodologies de formulation et d'exécution du budget, ainsi que dans les politiques budgétaires et fiscales, acquise grâce à son expérience au sein du ministère des finances.
