Saman Mohammed Mohammed-Amin, né à Kalar, dans la région du Kurdistan irakien en 1977, a obtenu son doctorat en biotechnologie. Il a été maître de conférences au département de biologie du collège d'éducation de l'université de Garmian. Il travaille actuellement comme vice-doyen du Collège d'éducation.
