Conclusion: The good mean knowledge score of causes of strike reported in this study portrays a prominent role for patients in future strikes resolution and how clients can manage situations during an impending strike. Health workers strikes are preventable if stakeholders most especially Government or employers use the principle of fair and collective bargaining to addressthe various causes of strikes whenever they present.
