Cosmina-Oana Roman, docteur en linguistique et doctorante en sciences militaires, est actuellement chargée de cours à l'Académie des forces aériennes de Brasov, en Roumanie. Elle a publié de nombreux articles sur les sciences militaires, la communication interculturelle ainsi que sur la linguistique et la terminologie militaire. Elle enseigne l'ESP à l'Académie de l'Armée de l'Air.
