This is why there is a need to conduct researches periodically and to uncover the basic factors and tendencies for this development which is an objective predisposition for a deeper understanding in the essence of the occurrence. The goal is to improve the preparation of the young people and to increase the effectiveness of the training work which they are doing. The breaking in the structure of the researched occurrence (basketball game) and the uncovering of the causal links, i.e. the relevant regularities, leads to a significant increasing of the reliability of the prevision and this leads to sport-technical results.The management of this complex process and its prevision in close and distant perspective requires the generation of a big volume of information, and its treatment will allow to develop objective criteria for control and evaluation of the condition of training level of the basketball players in the different ranges of the sport preparation and the sport.
