Dr. Manzoor was born in Peshawar at 10 Dec 1995, he is a young scientist of publishing more then 15 national and international papers in different journals. He did has B.Sc (hons) in agronomy, the university of agriculture Peshawar in 2016 and his M.Sc (hons) degree was completed in 2018. He went to china for P.hd on scholarship.
