Barbara has been in private practice since 1996, incorporating her passion for yoga, meditation and energy medicine into her intuitive development. By being clearly focused in the moment, her clients make better choices that open to the healthy changes they seek. Barbara has served her spiritual community as a volunteer at her church and at Stanford Medical Center in Hospice and Spiritual Care Services. The Me Tree, inspiring and accessible, is the flowering of Barbara's study of the healing power of words. She recently completed certification as a poetic medicine practitioner at The Institute for Poetic Medicine. Her vision for The Me Tree is to create a world of compassion, connection, and community that touches the heart and soul of all ages.
