The Special Theory of Relativity (STR) introduces the nearness action principle into the Physics. The nearness action principle requires serial cause-and-effect transmission of information on simultaneity of happening events. This is performed with the speed of light that is precisely determined and travels any distance, no matter how big, for some end time. This means the establishment of simultaneity of two happening events always take place in the future in relation to the two happening events. In other words, when the subject determines the objective phenomenon of simultaneity of at least two happening events they have already occurred and are in the past. This is a principle consideration to (objection against) the Special Theory of Relativity. The STR laws indicate that the observer, the subject, generally is not in a position to establish a simultaneousness of events currently happening.
